Inotec Coatings and Hydraulics Inc., Farr Canada, Superior Manufacturing and Hydraulics, Inc., Precision Die Technologies, L.L.C. and Rig Parts Manufacturing & Calibration represent the first segment. Energy Products & Services include computerized torque turn monitoring equipment ("WinCATT"), hydraulic power tongs for land and off-shore rigs, tong trucks, dies and inserts, make/break machines used for assembling downhole tool strings and testing pipe connections, the application of specialized coatings for the prevention of wear, erosion and corrosion, and the manufacture and service of hydraulic components.

The Mobile Solutions segment is comprised of trailer manufacturing of the Scona and Peerless brands manufactured in Penticton B.C. Trailers serves customers in the oil and gas industry and also produces lowboys, flat decks, step decks, oilfield floats and specialty trailers.

McCoy Global currently employs approximately 620 individuals in the provinces of Alberta and British Columbia, Canada and in the states of Louisiana and Houston, United States of America.
